Who can submit publications?

Faculty, researchers, and graduate students affiliated with Royal Academia University can submit publications. External researchers may submit collaborative work.

What types of publications are accepted?

We accept original research articles, review articles, case studies, short communications, and book reviews.

Is there a submission fee?

No, submission to our repository is free of charge.

Technical Questions

How do I upload a featured image?

When creating or editing a publication, use the "Featured Image" section to upload an image. You can also choose to hide the featured image from the frontend.

Can I add a video to my publication?

Yes, you can embed YouTube, Vimeo, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook videos using the media section.

How do I add co-authors?

Co-authors can be added during publication creation by selecting from registered users. You can specify the author order.

Account Questions

How do I create an account?

Click on the "Register" link and fill in your details. You will need a valid university email address.

What roles are available?

There are four roles: Admin, Editor, Author, and Subscriber. Authors can create and manage their own publications.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password.
